Faculty Event Honors Scholars Who Think and Do

Humanities and Social Sciences honored its top scholars who Think and Do on April 27 at the college’s annual awards reception.

Department heads from across the college joined Dean Jeff Braden in recognizing faculty for outstanding research, advising, teaching and extension service. Among the 13 faculty members who received college awards, Foreign Languages and Literature Chair Ruth Gross presented the Outstanding Research Award to Greg Dawes, Professor of Latin American Studies.
